Residential Lobby

In this luxury residential high rise lobby in Chicago, our focus was creating multiple seating areas in a tight space, drawing from existing elements and relating to other spaces (also designed by CMD) in the building.  We created a beautiful mix of colors and textures with longevity in mind and designed custom key pieces – the tête-à-tête, rug, and built-in to elevate the space from developer basic to luxury amenity.

CMD received an ASID Design Excellence Award in the category of Multi-Family Amenity Space for this project in 2021.
